Why I Continue My Study ?

               
Assalamualaikum Wr. Wb.

             My name is rana aulia riyanti and I am from pontianak , now I study at tanjungpura university , Math and Science Faculty in Chemistry major. In this occasion I want to tell you why do I choose this faculty to continue my study. At first , I chose the SNMPTN , but because I chose a university on java , I didn’t have a big chance to get into that university. It also because my Senior High School has no accreditation so I have to join SBMPTN.

I am the first from three siblings . Because I am the oldest child , I want to give a example to my little sister and brother because in university we will not only study for world but also improve our religion and develop our skill . We need to have commitment to reach our dream , so we will be success in the world and in the hereafter.I think , that is why I continue my study into undergraduate.

For me my self , chemistry is the most interesting from all science subject and that is one of the reason I chose the chemistry major . At that time , there were three choices , they were chemistry , chemical education and chemical engineering . I looked for information for the internet about those fields . At first , I interested in chemical engineering because a big work opportunity in technique faculty and my parents disagree . There were two choices left and I chose chemistry because I didn’t want to be a teacher.

I feel so great full because my family put a lot of attention to their children future. My mother wanted me to choose accountancy but I always convinced my mom that I will be success in chemistry . But , my mother stay still and it made me chose accountancy and management as the second and third choice.

Apparently I passed the first choice that is chemistry I felt very happy and my mother also because I passed SBMPTN  even tough it didn’t match her choice . At time goes by , I  feel like it is a dream to be there in the biggest university in west kalimantan . Even tough , I wanted to get into university in java but I am sure that Allah has given the best for me .

They are a lot of new things I get in university which is so different form Senior High School . One of them is how to organize our time between study organization when we are too busy to study , we will forget organization . Where as organixation also important because in the work field we also need skills . That’s why we should balance the study and organization and if we success on both InsyaAllah it will be easier for us to get a job . That’s all I can tell about my journey to get into university , thank you
